1. Products & Orders

  • We sell dining furniture and accessories: breakfast tables, bar stools, and table mats.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

 

For Breakfast Tables & Bar Stools (Furniture Stability):

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

  • Do not exceed weight limits (chairs/stools).

  • Do not stand on stools.

  • Keep away from children – small parts during assembly may pose choking hazard.

For Table Mats (Textile Safety):

  • Keep away from open flames and heat sources.

  • Follow care label instructions.

  • If mat contains small parts (e.g., detachable tassels), keep away from children under 3 (choking hazard per 16 CFR § 1500.19).

4. General Certificate of Conformity (GCC)
For general‑use products, we provide a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) available upon request.

5. Children‘s Product Certificate (CPC)
For products intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children‘s Product Certificate (CPC) based on third‑party testing at a CPSC‑accepted laboratory.

6. CPSC Reporting Obligations
As a retailer, we comply with Section 15(b) of the Consumer Product Safety Act (15 U.S.C. § 2064). Report safety issues to us and CPSC 

7. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals listed under California Proposition 65. When applicable, a warning is displayed on product pages and packaging.
